I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with a fantastic location just a short walk from Westlake and adjacent to the Kerry Centre shopping mall. The spacious rooms were quite comfortable, although I wished for a bit more luxury in the bathroom. The service was impressive, especially thanks to a few standout staff members. On the downside, the executive lounge experience could use some improvement, and the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, it's a great choice for those looking for comfort and convenience in Hangzhou.
